An international consulting company is looking for a part-time employee on a position of Accounting Support, Receptionist/Assistant, Research support position. Position is suitable for economic university students at lower years. Applicants with the interest in long-term cooperation are preferred.

Accounting Support

Job Description:

  • Processing travel expenses agenda – audit and corrections
  • Preparation and checking of documents sent to an external accounting company
  • Administrative work in accounting department – copying, scanning, filing
  • Preparation of supporting documents for payments

Requirements:

  • Reliability, carefulness ,responsibility
  • Knowledge of MS Office tools
  • Czech native speaker
  • Active knowledge of English
  • Experience on a similar position is not required
  • Students in 1.-3. year at VŠE are prefered

Working hours: 

  • 20 hours per week, preferably from Wednesday to Friday. Temporary Agreement to perform work – DPČ

Receptionist/Assistant

Job Description:

  • Taking care of a smooth operation of the reception, phone answering, email communication, guest relation, taking care of the office environment, communication with office landlord
  • Stationery, refreshment, taxi ordering
  • Guest relation
  • Update of various databases and contacts
  • Search on internet
  • Support on event´s or meeting´s preparations
  • Other administrative tasks related to agenda of receptionist/assistant

Requirements:

  • Fluent English
  • Native speaker in Czech or Slovak
  • Knowledge of MS Office tools
  • Nice personality and professional behavior, team player
  • Pro-activity, Reliability, Accuracy
  • Experience on a similar position is an advantage but not a must

Working hours:               

  • Opening hours of the reception 8:00 – 18:00 o´clock. The shifts upon agreement between other receptionists up to 20 hours (temporary Agreement to perform work – DPČ).

  • Working with internal and external databases (training will be provided)
  • Basic excel calculations
  • News monitoring
  • Additional office support (e.g. copying, scanning)

Requirements:

  • Fluent English
  • Knowledge of other language is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Accuracy
  • Knowledge of MS Office tools

Working Hours:

  • Up to 20 hours a week (based on temporary Agreement to perform work – DPČ)
